These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rezerved website, services, memberships, and content. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

2. Accounts & Memberships

Rezerved PLUS offers subscription-based memberships, including:

Basic Membership: Access to the Rezerved content library
VIP Membership: Includes all Basic features plus exclusive live premieres, events, and replays

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
Prices, features, and benefits may change with reasonable notice.
Failure to process payment may result in suspended or terminated access.

Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with the specific terms provided at the time of purchase or event.

4. Events, Tickets & Services

Rezerved may offer live events, premieres, productions, or ticketed experiences.

Event access may be time-limited.
Schedules and programming are subject to change.
Certain events may have separate terms or policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including videos, graphics, branding, and original productions — is the property of Rezerved Productions or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or memberships if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezerved Productions is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
